Lauren Zemanek
Clinical Director, KingwoodLauren Zemanek, M.A., BCBA, LBA, has been working in the field of ABA for over 10 years. She received a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University and received a Master’s of Arts in Behavior Analysis from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Lauren’s past experiences include working in and/or running university campus programs in the areas of early intensive behavioral interventions, severe problem behavior, and verbal behavior. She has also worked in both the private and non-profit sectors and has gained unique skill sets that have been very helpful in her ABA career.

Anne Sawyer
Lead BCBA, KingwoodAnne Sawyer, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, has experience working with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism and other related disorders. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Baylor University. Working in the classroom setting, she developed a passion for children diagnosed with autism and continued her education. She earned a Master’s Degree at Baylor University and obtained BCBA certification in May, 2014. Anne currently supervises direct care staff as well as those individuals pursuing a career in ABA. She also conducts assessments and writes programs to help fit the needs of each individual child.

Hannah Bohannon
Clinic Supervisor, KingwoodHannah Bohannon, M.S. BCBA. LBA, started working for Spectacular Kids as a direct care therapist in 2015. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from The University of Mary-Hardin Baylor, where she also played softball. She finished her Master’s degree from Lamar University and completed her BCBA certification in November of 2017. Hannah is passionate about helping parents and their children in the community as well as providing functional and individual programming for each of her clients.

Caitlyn Metoyer
Clinic Supervisor, KingwoodCaitlyn Metoyer, M.A., BCBA, LBA, received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at San Antonio. She began providing direct care services to children and adolescents diagnosed with autism and other related disorders in 2015. Caitlyn received her Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis from The University of Houston – Clear Lake and received her BCBA certification in August of 2019. During graduate school, Caitlyn gained experience in the reduction of severe problem behavior and the implementation of functional communication training.

Tessa Conaway
Clinic Supervisor, KingwoodTessa Conaway, M.A., BCBA, LBA began working with children and adults diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities in 2008. In 2014, she graduated from Trinity University with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Tessa went on to gain experience in early behavioral intervention, verbal behavior, and severe problem behavior in both clinic and school settings. In 2019, she received her Master of Arts in Behavior Analysis from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and obtained her BCBA certification. Tessa enjoys working closely with families to create individualized programs for her clients.
