Community Parent Training - April

March 14, 2016

Our FREE Saturday Community Trainings are returning! We look forward to seeing you at our next training for parents & professionals.

April Topic:  Activity Schedules – Teaching New Skills and Promoting Independence

Activity schedules can be applied to teach a variety of skills such as daily living skills, vocational skills, independent play, appropriate transitions, and social engagement. In addition to teaching new skills, activity schedules can be a powerful tool in promoting independence and prolonged engagement in appropriate behaviors with minimal adult supervision. This presentation details the way to design, teach, and implement visual activity schedules for a variety of learners.

Our April training will be held at our clinic on Saturday, April 9th 10am-11:30am
